What Spaced is, and is not

Spaced is independent preparation material for the CCAR-F exam. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a substitute for the certification body, and it does not promise a pass.

Our exam facts follow the CCAR-F Exam Guide v1.0 (July 2026). If the certification body changes the exam, our material may lag behind it, and the guide is the authority, not us.

Your account

You need an account to use Spaced, and you are responsible for what happens under it. Give us an email address you actually control — it is how we would reach you and how you would recover access. One account is for one person; sharing logins is what team seats are for.

Payment

Domain 1 is free and stays free. Full Access — the other four domains, rehearsals, mock exams, Speed Run and the Claude connector — is one payment of $49.99. It is not a subscription: nothing recurs, so there is nothing to cancel.

Full Access runs for twelve months from the day you buy it. It does not depend on your exam date, and does not change if you move or rebook your exam. When it ends you keep Domain 1 and everything you have done.

Payment is handled by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach Spaced.

Refunds

If Spaced is broken for you and we cannot fix it, write to us and we will refund you. We do not refund on the basis of an exam result — the product is practice, and no amount of it guarantees an outcome.

The material is ours

The modules, questions, cards and explanations in Spaced are our copyrighted work. You may use them to study. You may not republish them, resell them, or feed them into another product, including as training data.

Your own answers and notes remain yours.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape the question bank, share your account, attempt to reach another learner's data, or try to break the service for other people. We can suspend an account that does, and we will say why.

Availability

We try to keep Spaced running and we will not always succeed. It is provided as-is, without a warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including an exam result. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
